about GuideLine
A Simpler Way to Receive
Mental Health Support
GuideLine was created to make mental health care easier and more accessible for older adults. Many seniors want emotional support but feel overwhelmed by technology, video platforms, or complicated systems.
We believe care should meet people where they are.
That’s why GuideLine focuses on telephone-based therapy, delivered by licensed mental health professionals, in a format that feels comfortable, private, and personal.

For Humans by Humans
Support That Feels Human, Not Technical
For many seniors, talking on the phone feels natural. It’s familiar, reliable, and doesn’t require a computer, smartphone, or internet connection. With GuideLine, support is just a phone call away.
Our approach removes common barriers, allowing you to focus on what matters most: having someone to talk to, feeling heard, and receiving compassionate support during difficult times.
