Yes it is. In most cases, Medicare covers behavioral telehealth, up to 100%. Many of our clients enjoy a $0 copay. In addition, your family members may also qualify for therapy because of their supporting role in your life.

Not for therapy sessions. An internet connection is only essential as part of your consent and initial assessment, which can be done via a home computer or smartphone. Each session that follows is either via landline telephone, smartphone, or home computer, whichever is easiest for you.

Yes, absolutely. We encourage you to engage your family for help if it helps you. If you do not have family available, and you’re in a facility, the staff can generally help with our onboarding steps. We want it to be easy for you and will work to make it an enjoyable experience.

Yes, everything we discuss is confidential.

Finding the right therapist matters. If at any time you feel your therapist isn’t the best fit, simply call us. We’ll listen and connect you with someone who feels more comfortable for you .
